Premiere of Song Cycle, For Allegra

I’m thrilled that my song cycle For Allegra will finally be heard complete. Composed for my daughter from 2010 to 2014, as she advanced as a singer through college, the songs set six poems that touched her. The wonderful Nina Berman will give the first complete performance, with pianist Steven Beck, on her graduate recital at CUNY.
